Diagnose in four checks
- The URL is a single product page, not a shop, search or image link
- It contains the item number (itemID for Weidian, id for Taobao/Tmall, /offer/number.html for 1688)
- Only the URL was pasted, without surrounding message text
- The original marketplace listing still opens and is in stock
Common mistakes
Pasting an app share link. Open it in a browser first; copy the address it redirects to.
Pasting a link with tracking fragments cut off. If the item number got lost while copying, copy again from the address bar.
Expecting the converter to guess. It only builds LitBuy's own link format from a recognisable product URL. Otherwise it reports "Unsupported".
When our product page works but LitBuy does not
The seller may have edited or removed the listing after our last catalog refresh. Use the Alternatives on the product page, or the same category or brand page, or best finds, to find similar items.
When LitBuy loads but shows no price
Wait and refresh; the agent may still be fetching the listing. If it keeps failing, send the original marketplace URL to LitBuy support.
